Dr. Lim attended the University of Sydney and went on to complete a residency program at New York University Downtown Hospital. He completed both a general preventive medicine and public health fellowship and a geriatric medicine fellowship at the Mayo Clinic College of Medicine in Rochester, Minnesota. He later served as the Medical Director of the Erlanger Bledsoe Internal and Geriatric Medicine Clinic. He holds a Masters Degree in Public Health from the University of Minnesota.
